Salad Lunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices boiled ham (rectangular shape is best)
    2 finely chopped, unpared red apples
    1/4 tsp. curry powder or to taste
    1/4 c. half salad dressing and half sour cream
    sprinkle of sugar
Preparation
    Mix last 4 ingredients.
    Place a portion on each slice of ham and roll up jelly roll fashion.
    Secure and chill.
    Serve with garnish of green grapes or fruit in season.
