Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. large flour tortillas
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 pkg. Mozzarella
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Heat oil in deep skillet.
    Put 2 tablespoons cheese and 1 teaspoon chilies in each tortilla.
    Fold tortillas in half; use 3 toothpicks in each tortilla to hold closed.
    Deep-fry in hot oil 1 minute on each side.
    Using tongs, remove and put on paper towel to drain and cool.
    Makes a great snack or side dish.
