Italian Spaghetti Sauce(No Salt) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. tomatoes
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or equivalent fresh
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. honey
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. hot pepper
Preparation

Tomatoes may be crushed or blended (briefly).
Remove bay leaf when finished cooking.
Cook sauce until desired thickness. This freezes well.
Prepare as many tomatoes as you have; add other ingredients for each quart of tomatoes.
