Caramel Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chocolate flavored or graham cracker crumb pie shell
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. water
1 pt. whipping cream
2/3 c. chocolate chips
22 caramels
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sprinkle
gelatin over water in a small saucepan.
Stir over low
heat
until
completely dissolved.
Blend in 2/3 cup whipping cream
and
bring
mixture to a boil.
Put in blender and add chocolate chips.
Process until chips are melted.
Add 1/3 cup whipping
cream, eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
Pour into a bowl and chill until thickened, about 15 minutes.
