Fried Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. flour
    6 Tbsp. hot milk
    1 egg
    pie filling
    oil for deep frying
Preparation
    Cut in butter into flour with pastry blender.
    Combine milk and egg.
    Pour egg over flour mixture and mix well.
    Roll out small portion onto floured surface.
    Place in pie filling center. Fold over and seal edges with water.
    Fry in deep hot fat until golden brown.
