Thousand Island Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. plain, unsweetened low-fat yogurt
    1/4 c. nonfat buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. low-calorie mayonnaise substitute
    1 Tbsp. chopped dill pickle
    1 Tbsp. low-calorie catsup
    1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/8 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Combine yogurt, buttermilk and mayonnaise substitute in a small bowl, stirring until blended.
    Stir in pickle, catsup, parsley and seasoned salt.
    Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
