Marinated Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts (skinless and boneless)
1 bottle Italian dressing
fresh snow peas, broccoli, cauliflower, squash and onion, cut into bite size pieces
1 box spaghetti, cooked
Preparation

Cut chicken in bite size chunks. Marinate for 3 to 4 hours in Italian dressing.
Saute chicken in hot wok. After chicken has cooked, remove from wok.
Add vegetables to wok.
Stir, coating vegetables with dressing.
Cook until vegetables become tender. Return chicken to wok.
Stir and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain excess dressing and serve over hot spaghetti.
May add soy sauce to taste.
