Crunchy Onion Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 (6 oz.) can plus 1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onion pieces
    1 egg beaten with a little milk
Preparation
    Crush onion pieces with a rolling pin on a large flat surface. Dip the chicken in the egg/milk mixture, then firmly coat with the crushed onion pieces.
    Place the chicken in an ungreased baking pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
