Pigs In The Blanket Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head of cabbage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 can tomato soup
    1 1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Put thick layer of cabbage in bottom of casserole dish.
    Brown meat and onion; add rice, salt and pepper.
    Spread over cabbage.
    Repeat another layer of cabbage, then layer of meat mixture.
    Pour soup mixed with water over all.
    Sprinkle top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
