Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. salad oil
1 (No. 2 1/2) can sauerkraut
1 c. green bell pepper, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. onions, diced
1 carrot (optional)
Preparation

Mix sugar, vinegar and salad oil; bring to boil.
Cool.
After squeezing juice from sauerkraut, cut fine with shears or scissors. Toss green pepper, celery and onions with sauerkraut.
Pour cooled liquid over vegetables.
Seal in container and refrigerate for 24 hours.
