Walnut Sour Cream Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white sugar
    1/3 c. white syrup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. coarse walnuts
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, syrup, salt, cream and butter in
    heavy skillet.
    Boil without stirring to soft ball stage.
    Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes.
    Do not stir.
    Add flavoring and beat until creamy.
    Stir in walnuts.
    Quickly pour into greased pan.
    Watch when beating and when it begins to thicken, add nuts and pour out or it will be a big chunk.
