Mock Chocolate Eclair - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. graham crackers
    2 small French vanilla instant pudding
    3 1/2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Prepare pudding with milk; fold in Cool Whip.
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch dish and place 1 layer of crackers as is.
    Add 1/2 vanilla mixture, then another layer of crackers, then the rest of pudding mixture and the final layer of crackers.
