Chocolate Caramel Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. caramels
    1/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. oatmeal
    1 1/8 c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter
    3/4 tsp. soda
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Melt the caramels and milk.
    Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly.
    Pat 3/4 of mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
