Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 5 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. fast acting yeast
    1 c. lukewarm milk
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Make a well, add warm milk, beaten eggs and oil.
    Stir until all flour is mixed.
    Knead 1 minute on floured board.
    Place in greased bowl and let rise until double in size.
    Punch down, make a ball, pinch off balls about 2 inches in diameter and place on greased pan until double in size (second rising).
    Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for about 15 minutes. Yields 24 rolls.
