Sausage, Kraut And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) can sauerkraut (mild, if preferred)
1 lb. skinless sausage
6 to 8 medium-size potatoes
Preparation

Prepare sausage in covered skillet, using 2/3 to 3/4 cup water.
Simmer 8 to 10 minutes.
Prepare mashed potatoes.
Put sauerkraut in casserole dish, using some of the liquid.
Season, if desired.
Cut sausage into serving pieces and place on the sauerkraut.
Then spoon the mashed potatoes on the sausages. Place casserole in 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
