Dutch Potatoes - cooking recipe

potatoes, cooked with jackets
1/2 stick butter
flour
milk
a few slices of cheese
Preparation

Slice cooled potatoes into thin pieces.
Melt butter in skillet and add potatoes.
Sprinkle flour over and add enough milk to thicken.
Add a few slices of cheese just before serving.
Turn carefully.
