Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe medium bananas, mashed
    1 3/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
    1/4 c. plus 1 tsp. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grease and flour 9 x 5 loaf pan. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Transfer to prepared pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 until top is golden brown and splits slightly, about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Serve warm.
