Mandarin Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. celery
    1 c. fresh green grapes
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. mandarin oranges
    1/2 c. toasted almonds
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients together.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Add remaining ingredients to first mixture just prior to serving.
    Serve on bed of lettuce.
