Baked Fish With Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fish fillets
2 Tbsp. olive oil
salsa prepared sauce
Preparation

Cut fillets into serving size portions.
Rub with 2 tablespoons olive oil and sprinkle lightly with salt and ground pepper.
Place fish in one layer in baking dish.
Cover with foil and bake in 425\u00b0 oven about 20 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from oven and spread thin layer of salsa over top.
Return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
