2 1/2 oz. lean, thin-sliced roast beef or another lean meat
3 oz. Neufchatel cheese, softened to room temperature
2 tsp. skim milk
3/4 tsp. tamari sauce or soy sauce
1 small clove garlic, crushed
1 small scallion, minced
