Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 c. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
    1 onion, minced
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    crushed cheese crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and onion in water until done; don't overcook. Drain broccoli. Add rest of the ingredients. Place in 9 x 13 pan. Top with crushed crackers. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
