Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

54 large mushrooms, lightly sauteed
1 lb. sausage
1/4 c. diced onion
2 Tbsp. diced green pepper
2 oz. fresh mushrooms, diced and sauteed
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Saute sausage; drain and crumble.
Add onions and green pepper and cook until tender.
Remove from heat and add sauteed mushrooms.
Add bread crumbs and eggs and mix.
Place heaping teaspoon of sausage mixture in each mushroom cap.
Place on cookie sheet.
With pastry brush, spread on melted butter.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and cheese is melted (10 to 15 minutes).
Serve at once.
