Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. sliced onion
    2 Tbsp.water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. dry Marsala or dry sherry
Preparation
    Place one piece of
    chicken,
    bone
    side up, between two pieces of clear plastic wrap
    and,
    working
    from the center to the
    edge, pound meat
    lightly
    to
    about
    1/4-inch
    thickness. (Pounding the meat to an even thickness helps it to cook faster and more evenly.) Repeat process with each piece.
