Pepperoni And Broccoli Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. spring shaped macaroni, cooked
3 or more cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. sliced or cubed pepperoni
1 large bunch fresh broccoli, cooked until crisp-tender
1/2 c. or more Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In large skillet, cook garlic in the oil over low heat until tender.
Do not brown.
Mash softened garlic to release flavor. Add pepperoni and cook until slightly browned.
Add well drained broccoli and heat until flavors are blended.
Mix in hot, cooked and well drained macaroni.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
