Honey Muffins - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
1/3 c. honey
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
orange marmalade
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Place paper liner in muffin pans.
In large bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
In medium bowl, beat egg.
Stir in milk, oil, honey and orange peel. Make a well in flour mixture; pour egg mixture in.
Stir together with fork only until flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy). Fill muffin cups 2/3 full; put a teaspoon of orange marmalade onto batter in each cup.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove; cool on cooling rack.
