Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon, drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    6 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    5 tsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. horseradish
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well; shape into ball.
    Roll in pecans and chill.
    Serve with your favorite crackers.
