Sweet Potatoes Oahu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium sweet potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. softened butter
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Use one medium sweet potato per person.
    If necessary, split one large potato in half lengthwise for two people after baking. Bake at 375\u00b0 until done (time depends on size of potato).
    When done, remove layer of skin from top of potatoes.
    Scoop out pulp and combine with crushed pineapple, salt, butter and white pepper. Reheat in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
