Party Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 lb. ground veal
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Combine meat, bread crumbs, eggs, onions, parsley and salt; mix thoroughly.
    Shape into small (bite size) balls.
    Brown in oleo.
    Place in casserole.
    Combine preserves and barbecue sauce; pour over meatballs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Keep warm. Yields 4 to 5 dozen.
