Cajun Corn And Okra - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut okra
1/3 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped, seeded and peeled tomato
1/4 tsp. onion powder
several dashes pepper sauce
Preparation

In a large saucepan, combine corn, okra, water and salt. Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer about 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Drain.
Stir in tomato, onion powder and bottled hot pepper sauce.
Heat through.
Makes 4 servings.
