Sausage-Pasta Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
    2 c. fresh broccoli, peas or carrots or any combination of fresh veggies
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 lb. Polish sausage or kielbasa
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In wok or large skillet, stir-fry all ingredients except sausage and cheese until vegetables are crisp-tender.
    Add sausage and heat thoroughly.
    Stir in cheese.
    Serve over your favorite style of pasta noodles with additional Parmesan.
