Crustless Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    8 oz. grated Swiss
    2 slices day-old bread, crusts removed
    6 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place spinach in colander to thaw. Press out all moisture.
    Mix spinach with cheese, bread (torn into small pieces), eggs and nutmeg.
    Transfer to 9 x 9-inch buttered dish and bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
    Cool and cut into squares.
