Grandma Plungis' Poultry Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes Uneeda biscuits
1 c. milk
1 to 2 eggs
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 (12 oz.) pkg. sausage
1/2 tsp. parsley (optional)
Preparation

Crush biscuits.
Place in bowl.
Mix 1 cup milk and 1 or 2 eggs, depending on how moist you want stuffing.
Pour over crushed biscuits; set aside.
Brown sausage.
Add celery, onions and thyme.
Cook until celery and onions are halfway cooked.
Add to crushed biscuits.
Mix thoroughly and bake in greased casserole dish or stuff into chicken or turkey.
