Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
    2 large fresh tomatoes
    1 large bell pepper
    1 large onion
    1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    4 slices ham, chopped
Preparation
    Bake muffins as directed on package.
    Crumble 1/2 of muffins in bottom of bowl.
    Layer tomatoes, pepper and onions (all vegetables are chopped).
    Add chopped ham.
    Mix pickle relish with mayonnaise.
    Cover salad with mayonnaise mixture.
    Top off with remaining muffins, crumbled.
    Refrigerate overnight, covered.
