Zesty Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 carrots, sliced julienne
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1/2 c. light mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. buttered crumbs
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender in salted water; drain well.
    Place carrot strips in greased baking dish. Add 2 tablespoons water in which carrots were cooked. This keeps them moist while baking. Mix the next 4 ingredients and spread over carrots. Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until brown.
