Fruit Smoothie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
1 large ripe banana, 1 c. strawberries or 1 c. drained peaches
1 c. milk
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. honey
5 ice cubes
Preparation

Combine orange juice, banana (or other fruit), milk, water and honey in container of electric blender.
Cover and blend at high speed until thick and smooth, about 1 minute.
Add ice cubes, one at a time, and blend until smooth and frothy.
Great summertime drink for kids.
