Picante Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
    1 (16 oz.) jar picante sauce
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    hot cooked rice (optional)
Preparation
    Place chicken in a greased shallow 2-quart baking dish. In a small bowl, combine picante sauce, brown sugar and mustard. Pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Serve over rice, if desired.
