Sopaipillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. flour
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 stick butter
    2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. water (in all)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water (2 cups).
    Mix butter in flour and add yeast and more water as needed to make a stiff dough. Cover and let rise to double in size.
    Let rise 3 or 4 more times and work down.
    Grease hands and pan.
    Roll out in circles and quarter.
    Fry in deep, smoking hot grease.
