Roman Holiday - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground meat
2 onions, chopped
1 large box (pkg.) noodles, cooked and drained (8 oz.)
1 clove garlic
2 green peppers, chopped
2/3 lb. American cheese, grated
1 can tomato soup (no water added)
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute peppers, onion and garlic in butter or oil. Remove this and brown meat very lightly. Stir peppers and onions into beef. Add noodles, soup and sauces and most of the grated cheese.
Cook in greased casserole and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
