Sour Cream Softies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sour cream

Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients and add alternately with sour cream.
Blend well. Drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
If desired, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar before baking.
