Fish Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tin sardines
    1 egg
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. onions, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. celery, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. carrots, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. hot sauce
    1 tsp. lemon-herb seasoning
Preparation
    Mix the sardines, egg and bread crumbs together.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and form into flat cakes and brown on each side in a nonstick skillet coated with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
    Makes 12 small or 6 large cakes.
