Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins(Cholesterol-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry oatmeal (quick or old-fashioned)
    1 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. Canola oil
    2 egg whites
    1 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
    Mix oats with milk; let stand 5 minutes.
    Add oil and egg whites to oatmeal mixture.
    Blend together the dry ingredients and then add to oatmeal mixture.
    Add blueberries.
    (Use cupcake liners; makes 8 to 9 large muffins.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 12 minutes or until lightly browned and knife comes out clean.
