20 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 stick margarine
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
3 1/2 c. milk
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
gummy worms
