Lemon Dill Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Miracle Whip or low-fat Miracle Whip (not fat-free)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. dill weed
1 lb. fish fillets (I use halibut)
Preparation

Stir Miracle Whip, lemon juice, grated peel and dill weed together.
Place fish on greased grill or rack of broiler pan. Brush with half of the sauce. Grill or broil 5 to 8 minutes.
Turn and brush with remaining sauce.
Continue to grill or broil another 5 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serves 4.
