Boiled Country Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 country ham
whole cloves
brown sugar
bread crumbs or orange or pineapple marmalade or cherries and pineapple
Preparation

To cook, place the whole ham in a large pan, skin side down. Cover with fresh water.
Simmer with pan covered until temperature reaches 160\u00b0 (about 15 to 18 minutes per pound).
