Giblet Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    giblets (from poultry)
    3 c. water
    4 Tbsp. fat
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. chicken stock
Preparation
    Boil giblets in water and set aside.
    Pour fat from pan chicken was cooked in.
    Add flour to 3 tablespoons of fat and stir until brown.
    Add stock from boiled giblets.
    Stir until smooth and thick.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
