Zucchini Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. soft butter or margarine
3 eggs
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. coarsely grated zucchini
1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Thoroughly combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; set aside.
With an electric mixer, beat butter or margarine and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
With a spoon, stir in vanilla, orange peel, zucchini and nuts.
Alternately stir dry ingredients and milk into zucchini mixture.
