Italian Haddock - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. haddock fillets
    1 lb. fresh tomatoes, seeds removed, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 large garlic clove, chopped
    pinch of dried tarragon and mint
    salt and pepper to taste
    5 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place fish in buttered oven baking dish. Mix all other ingredients and spread over fish. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or so until cheese is melted and tomatoes are soft.
