Oven Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small new potatoes
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    12 cloves garlic, peeled
    several sprigs fresh rosemary or 1 Tbsp. dried rosemary
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Scrub potatoes and cut, unpeeled, into halves.
    Heat margarine and oil in a large skillet.
    Add potatoes and garlic; stir over medium heat until well coated.
    Spray a baking sheet with vegetable spray.
    Spread potatoes evenly on the sheet; top with the rosemary.
    Bake until a deep golden brown, approximately 45 to 50 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure that potatoes brown evenly.
