Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 tsp. red wine vinegar
7 cloves garlic
anchovy paste or whole anchovies (according to taste)
7 Tbsp. olive oil
1 large head romaine lettuce
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
fresh ground pepper
1 egg yolk
fresh lime
Parmesan cheese
seasoned croutons
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, add wine vinegar, olive oil and black pepper to mashed cloves of garlic and anchovy paste (according to taste).
Add egg yolks, mustard and lime juice.
Chill for 1 hour.
