Creamed Sprouts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pt. Brussels sprouts
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook Brussels sprouts in small amount of salted water in covered pan; drain well.
    In medium saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender; add flour, brown sugar, mustard and salt and stir in milk.
    Cook until thickened.
    Add sour cream and mix; add sprouts, stirring gently.
